Pickup and delivery is included free with any rug cleaning service in our 13-city Lower Mainland area. Independent pickup-only available for rugs being shipped or stored elsewhere.

Our process
How the work actually happens

1. Booking the window
When you confirm a quote, we offer you 2–3 pickup windows over the next week (sometimes sooner for urgent jobs). Standard windows are 9am–11am, 1pm–3pm, or 3pm–5pm. You don’t need to take the whole day off.

2. The pickup
We text you when we’re 30 minutes out. Two team members handle anything heavier than a 6×9. We roll the rug at your place (face-in for protective rolling on naturals), wrap it, and tag it with your name, the pickup date, and a condition note. You sign a brief receipt acknowledging what was picked up.

3. Transport
Rugs travel in a closed van — no exposure to weather. We don’t stack heavy rugs on top of lighter ones, and we don’t pile multiple customers’ rugs in a way that requires unrolling to access yours. Your rug stays separable.

4. Return delivery
After cleaning and (if applicable) repair, we schedule return delivery using the same window options. We unroll the rug at your place if you want — many customers prefer to position it themselves. We don’t leave until you’re satisfied with placement.
How we price this
We don’t publish per-square-foot rates because they oversimplify. Price depends on fibre, size, condition, and whether any repair is involved. After we hear from you, you get a written estimate within one business day. The estimate stands unless we find something at pickup that changes the scope — and if we do, we tell you before doing any extra work.
