What this service includes

In-home wall-to-wall carpet cleaning across the Lower Mainland. Hot-water extraction with truck-mount equipment, fibre-appropriate pre-spray, and proper drying time built into the appointment.

Our process

How the work actually happens

    1. Walk-through and prep

    We walk every room with you, identify stains, note traffic patterns, and confirm any items that need to be moved. You don’t need to pre-vacuum — we vacuum as part of the service — but please pick up small items (toys, charging cables, shoes) so the team can work freely.

    2. Pre-treatment

    A fibre-appropriate pre-spray is applied to break down soil before extraction. Traffic-lane treatment for high-wear areas, spot-specific solvents for grease or organic stains. We let the pre-spray dwell for 10–15 minutes — skipping dwell time is one of the biggest reasons cheap cleanings don’t look better afterwards.

    3. Agitation

    High-traffic areas get gentle agitation with a carpet rake or rotary brush. This works the pre-spray into the fibre and lifts compacted pile so the extraction step reaches deeper.

    4. Hot-water extraction

    Truck-mount equipment delivers hotter water at higher pressure than portable machines, with much stronger vacuum on the recovery side. The result is a cleaner carpet that’s less wet at the end — typically dry to the touch in 2–6 hours depending on humidity and airflow.

    5. Post-spotting

    After the main extraction we walk the carpet again with you. Any stain that lifted partially gets a targeted second pass with the appropriate spotter. If something won’t come out, we tell you why (likely set-in dye, bleach, or permanent fibre damage) instead of trying repeatedly.

    6. Drying

    Keep traffic light for the first few hours. We can leave air movers behind for $25 per unit if you need to use a room faster — they cut drying time by half. Most carpets are dry enough to walk on within 2 hours, fully dry within 6.

How we price this

We don’t publish per-square-foot rates because they oversimplify. Price depends on fibre, size, condition, and whether any repair is involved. After we hear from you, you get a written estimate within one business day. The estimate stands unless we find something at pickup that changes the scope — and if we do, we tell you before doing any extra work.
